  3. These utilities are designed to be used in conjunction with the IMG Scan
  4. by Seymor-Radix, and a public domain image processor called AIM.  After
  5. saving the raw data from your IMG Scanner, run IMG_AIM.PRG, take note that
  6. 32 bytes are dropped from each side of the image to make it conform to
  7. AIM's different image format.  After processing the image with AIM run the
  8. IMG_AIM program one more time to convert back to IMG Scan format.  You can
  9. now save the file as Degas, or NEO.
  10. Special Note. Early versions of the IMG Scan software did not save all
  11. files properly.  If you are using version 1.2 or lower, and your IMG file
  12. are more than 64000 bytes long, you should run RESAVE.PRG to change the
  13. file to the proper format for converting to AIM.
  14. Also note.  Since we are reading and writing about 125K of data it would
  15. speed up things greatly if the conversions were done on a ramdisk or
  16. harddisk as opposed to floppies.

  18. help these utilities would nor be possible.  The programs were written in
  19. GFA Basic and then compiled. Look for the source code soon( as soon as I
  20. can figure out were i left it )
